The staff at the resort is incredibly friendly. The location is great, especially for visiting the Elephant Retirement park.- The resort's facilities are nice.- Cafe de Bangtao near the hotel offers delicious treats.

The resort leaves nothing to be desired. Suitable for single travellers and for family holidays

Unfortunately, there is a small plastic garbage problem on this beach.

We got an upgrade. The room was very large and the bed extremely comfortable. The hotel complex is really beautiful and very well maintained. The breakfast buffet also rich. A wider choice of fruit would be desirable.

Unfortunately, the hotel is very far away from everything. If you want to enjoy more than just the resort and the hotel, it is very difficult to find an inexpensive way to leave the resort.

The hotel had a good position, to the cape which is a must.

The room was modern and well air-conditioned with a balcony and king-size beds. the setting was stunning, with close proximity to restaurants, shops, a fire show in the evenings, beach bars.

Beautiful pool complex, large terrace, friendly staff, beach right next to the hotel, many shops and restaurants around the hotel.

No free loungers for hotel guests on the beach, coffee wasn't good, food was ok - but not excellent

The property has a fantastic and perfect location, right by Beach at the middle bar, bars and restaurants in the area and on the beach all serving nice food there's also loads of shops selling souvenirs and the restaurant downstairs. The hotel offers a large and astonishing breakfast with fruits and superb egg station, for example.

The bathrooms are very basic.

The breakfast here is pretty good, they've got yummy pastries and an awesome egg station where they whip up fresh omelets and eggs just how you like 'em. They also have a variety of salads to choose from. It's got all the breakfast essentials you could ask for! 🥐

Good, breakfast buffet. Many opportunities in the immediate vicinity to go out for dinner. You don't have to rely on the hotel.

Bright rooms. . . Chinese groups that are regularly too loud (day and night).

Great spot near a taxi stand and just a short 10-minute stroll to the beach. the staff here is top-notch, always friendly and ready to help. Don't miss the awesome breakfast with a fantastic egg station 🍳.

The place was fabulous and fairly clean. the staff, from the Reception to chambermaids, were nice. - the breakfast was very very good, with pastries, fruits, and eggs cooked to order. - the restaurant food was affordable.
